Motivated by the location, the view, and the pleasure of having wonderful people come and share our place,
 We have had fun remaking a rather modest 1930's bungalow into a luxurious haven for your enjoyment, comfort and relaxation

We are situated within easy walking distance to the  central city and are  only 100 yards from  a seaside park where  the World acclaimed 7 kilometre Coastal Walkway and the Te Henui gazetted national river walkway meet.

Choose either The Gingkho Suite , a 3 room unit with private  entrance, lounge  king/twin beds Spa bath ensuite, or the Rimu Room with queen bed, shower ensuite, morning sun and sea view for your sleeping comfort.  Both rooms have T.V., video  fridge, beverage making facilities and are totally private

 An extensive breakfast is served  indoors or out on the deck. overlooking our garden to the sea. Sitting here one is often entertained by the board-riders, the windsurfers, the swimmers enjoying recognised Blue water beaches, or the antics of the seagulls and ever changing moods of the Tasman Sea, a great evening gathering place.

Guests are welcome to use the B & B kitchen facilities BBQ for evening meals. There is off street parking.
